Caroline Wiltshire is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a wealth of experience providing outstanding psychiatric and mental health care to individuals across all stages of life. Building on her strong foundation as a Psychiatric Mental Health Registered Nurse (PMHRN-BC), Caroline has worked in a variety of healthcare environments, including hospitals, behavioral health centers, and community-based programs.

Her expertise encompasses clinical mental health care, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, behavioral management, and collaborative, multidisciplinary care. Caroline takes a holistic, integrative approach to diagnosing and treating mental health conditions, prioritizing patient education to build collaborative, transparent, and empathetic therapeutic relationships. She is deeply committed to patient-centered care, employing evidence-based interventions and ensuring patients and their families are well-informed about treatment plans and mental health conditions. With in-depth knowledge of psychopharmacology, she incorporates a balanced approach that combines medications, therapy, education, and referrals to non-pharmacological treatments when appropriate.

Caroline holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is board-certified as a PMHNP. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from New Jersey City University and an Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Passaic County Community College.

Beyond her professional life, Caroline enjoys exploring new cultures and destinations through travel. She also finds joy in exercising, gardening, reading, and hiking with her son and her puppy, Chloe.
