Grace earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Guidance at New York University.
Grace’s therapeutic style is empathetic, accepting, flexible, and genuine. She employs a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and anti-racist lens, specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and racial identity. Grace provides counseling from a person-centered approach using a range of treatment modalities such as a psychodynamic perspective, cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and psychoeducation.
I have worked with children and adolescents and continue to be committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults learn how to manage any difficulties that may come their way. I will utilize skills from various treatment modalities and believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I look forward to meeting and working with you.
